Happy Friday friends! I finally got around to coloring this beautiful Crocus stamp from Waffle Flower.
The image is colored with Copic markers, and finished off with some colored pencils. I had fun mixing in some swipes of green marker into the warm greys of the pot, giving it a slightly worn looks. The wood planks are die cut from kraft paper, using The Greetery Shiplap Builder die cut – I adore these. The edges of each panel are inked to give a little dimension. I finished it all off with some splatters of yellow paint. The sentiment is stamped in Hero Arts Grape Juice, using my all-time favorite sentiment set from Waffle Flower: Essential Sentiments.
As this card is relatively clean & simple, I’m entering it into the month’s Flower Challenge – haven’t done a challenge in ages – thought it would be fun to play along.
Have a great weekend!
