Holiday Season continued…

Hey everyone!

Back with another quick holiday card – this time for the current Mojo Monday sketch challenge. I loved the sketch & knew I wanted to play along. Still enjoying my Poinsettia stamp from Waltzingmouse & also inked up the Papertrey Ink Think Big Favorites – love these as well (Sorry for extremely bad photo today!). This card is also for the current challenge at Passion for Papertrey.

Thanks for stopping by & enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Little Sweet Pea

Its been a very rainy day here in London – which meant I could justify some time for getting inky!

Just a quick card to share today for the Mojo Monday sketch & card recipe over at a Passion for Papertrey – The recipe called for 3 colours — I went for green, light pink & dark pink – ribbon & 2 buttons.
This card is a little busier than I’ve been making recently, but I love all these gorgeous new papers from the My Mind’s Eye Lime Twist line (sorry for the bad photo – gloomy day = dark picture).
Hope everyone has a nice end to their weekend & thanks for stopping by!

A very pink valentine…

Another quick post tonight – lots to catch up on before the week begins…

I wanted to play along with the current sketch over at Mojo Monday. I never seem to make it in time for this one, but pulled it off today! I chose the colors based on the Monochramatics Color Challenge for Color Inspiration for Card Makers Week  over at Moxie Fab World. I do like pink & use it quite a bit, but never THIS much and it was definitely a big challenge for me. As the colors are definitely outside of my comfort zone, I’ll also going to enter this into the current ‘Out of Your Comfort Zone’ challenge over at the lovely A Passion for Papertrey. I am not crazy about all that pink, but oh well – its very sweet & girly for Valentine’s Day. Its hard to see in the picture, but the small square of pink cardstock is shimmery in real life…

Thanks so much for the visit!
