Hello! A very quick post tonight sharing a simple card I put together for a friend’s birthday. This card is for the current Play Date Cafe challenge & Case Study Challenge – just love this color combo!
Thanks for stopping by & have a great week!
A super quick post tonight – I have tons to do, so going to keep this short!
I finally got out my new Turning a New Leaf die today to make this card – I have been wanting to use it since it arrived. I rarely use lace, but was inspired by the challenge over at the Embellish Magazine blog to use decorative trim & shades of green. I also took inspiration from the current card being featured in the CASE challenge. All of this green reminds me of things blooming, so its also for the A Passion for Papertrey challenge.
I was very excited to participate in the Moxie Fab Tuesday Trigger, but just realized I missed the deadline! Oh well – it still inspired the fall colors in my card today. The layout was inpsired by the current Case Study Challenge. I love Heather’s cards and was happy to change from my standard A2 format to try something a bit different.
The leaves didn’t stamp very evenly, but I’m still happy with the look – a little ghost-like – reminds me of those last days of autumn before the leaves fall.
Thanks for visiting – and come back tomorrow – I have another fun card to share for the CASE card challenge!
