It has been quiet on my blog, but not in my craft room! I’ve been working like crazy during every nap to get cards, kits and gifts prepared for some Christmas fairs coming up next week. This is a super simple card I decided to do as a kit – though it is hard to part with this yummy May Art’s ribbon!
Just a super quick card to share today. I recently made this card for a kit. Some old October Afternoon Thrift Shop papers here, but I love them – I hoard them like crazy. I really prefer a clean & simple style for my cards, but I love patterned paper – so, I try to keep it as simple as possible, but still use my papers…not sure I’m achieving C&S, but oh well…
Thanks for popping by & have a great day!
Just popping in to share a very quick card I made today for my friend who just had a little girl. I was inspired by the sketch over at CAS(E) this Sketch and a card I saw over at Maile Belle’s blog recently.
This card came together quickly and was a great way to use up some scraps of patterned paper. I don’t know about you guys, but I save every last piece – these strips are the tiny leftovers from the end of the page…and that sweet bear? It is the new Mama Elephant stamp set – Nursery Deco – its adorable!
And here is the sketch this card is based on:
