Popping in to share a very simple card today. I made this with the intention of selling it as a kit – I have never done this but thought it would be something different for upcoming Christmas fairs. I love the simplicity and I can’t get enough of washi tape…
Just a very quick post today as I am trying desperately to do some organizing & Project Life work today before the week begins! I made this on World Card Making Day – it is en route to my nephew for his 5th birthday. Super simple & quick, but perfect for a fish-loving little guy.
Hope you have all recovered from a successful WCMD! I managed to squeeze in a few cards – including this one for the Paper Smooches WCMD challenge & the Embellish Magazine Stars Color Trend Challenge. I used the sketch provided on the Paper Smooches blog – I found it really difficult actually, but it was good to challenge myself with a new design.
I hope everyone is enjoying some card making today! I was able to make 1 card – I think that is all I’ll manage, but I’m glad I’ve done something This simple card was made for a few challenges that are celebrating Breast Cancer Awareness Month – a great cause & one very near to my heart.
It is craziness yet again at the Izakowicz household – in-laws visiting for 2 weeks, some teething issues for the little guy and busy preparing for Christmas fairs and classes! Never a dull moment. Alas, my craft room has been pretty neglected lately
But, I indulged in some guilt-free crafting last night and came up with this quick little card – it is for the current Hero Arts challenge. I used one of the sketches, but flipped it on its side. I was very generous with the Glossy Accents as well
