Monday already?!? It comes so much quicker than Friday, right? A quick post tonight – had to squeeze this into for my last entry for the color challenges over at Moxie Fab World.
This card is for the Jewel Tones Color Challenge for Color Inspiration for Card Makers Week in the Moxie Fab World. The sketch is based on the Sketchy Sunday sketch over at Tiffany’s blog, Iheartart - one of my absolute fave places to visit!
I’ve included both of these pics as I’m just getting used to doing a little photo editing and I honestly can’t decided which is better – the first is compeletely natural light & no changes to the image. The 2nd is using the ‘auto-fix’ feature on Picasa – then a little manipulation to the ‘temperature’. Not sure how any of that works! So, any good photographers out there – which image is better??
Rachel this really appeals to my clean and simple loving soul! I love the fact that the bow perfectly borders the sentiment to bring even more focus to it. I also love the way you used the colors from the Paper Crafts challenge. (I bought this copy of the magazine – really wonderful inspiration :-)). So pleased you joined the Paper Players again this week with your second card. Really gorgeous

So very pretty! Love how you worked the colors and the bow. Thanks so much for playing at PPA with us this week.
Really lovely. I love the striking colors. Beautiful job with the bow/button and the scalloped edge. Wonderful clean layout. Great card!
What a lovely CAS card. Your colour combo is so bold yet so pretty. Thanks for playing with Paper Players.
This is perfection!!! LOVE your take on the sketch and that awesome bow cluster!
Hey Rachel! Thanks for entering the Jewel Tones Challenge in the Color Inspiration for Card Makers Week suite of six challenges in the Moxie Fab World! I’m so glad you joined in on all the fun!
Clean and gorgeous design with a stunning mix of colors! Wow! The pin and punched border are beautiful accents, too. Thanks for sharing another wonderful card with us at The Paper Players challenge this week!
What a super cool card!!!
