The fruits of my labor…

Hi again,

I’m very sad to say goodbye to my lovely weekend of card making – it was very indulgent and I’m not sure when a weekend like this will come around again – I nearly started crying last night was I was cleaning up my big mess. One big disadvantage of not having a dedicated work space is the constant clearing up of everything – I would love to have the luxury of leaving out my projects & all my bits & pieces. Oh well – better some space than no space!

I did have one slight annoyance this weekend – an unbelievably loud party happening in a neighboring apartment on Saturday night – it was unbearable. Slept on the couch for a few hours, but spent most of Sunday bleary-eyed making cards. I was exhausted by the end of it, but unwilling to give up on all my free time!

I had a chance to make a few more cards for the Wplus9 color challenge – I love pink, black & white so figured I might as well go for it with more cards! Details about the challenge can be found here.

Here is my card:

I was really inspired by the dry embossing feature in September/October issue of Paper Crafts Magazine. I don’t have many embossing folders, but I definitely would like to add to my stash.

That’s all for now – thanks for stopping by!
